Who We Are!
About BDH Infusing Hope
At BDH our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2010, we realized that by sharing our story, we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and help others do the same. That is why we ultimately decided to launch BDH Infusing Hope.
Providing support and resources to those affected by violent crime.
Fighting for victims' rights and justice reform in Canada.
Uniting to Strengthen Families of Homicide Victims
We stand together to support and uplift families impacted by homicide. Through compassion and collective effort, we help them find strength and hope.
Our Story of Hope and Advocacy
From Personal Tragedy to a Mission of Support and Change
Since the murder of their daughter, Jennifer, Ed and Sylvie Teague have dedicated their lives to helping other victims of crime, fighting for increased rights and services for victims in Canada, and supporting victims in dealing with violent crime. Their efforts and appearances at Senate committee hearings have helped changes to Canada’s Criminal Justice Act. Their desire for positive changes has led to talks at post-secondary institutions, churches, and television interviews. BDH Infusing Hope emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support victimized families, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. We’re an organization driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support. Contact us to learn more and get involved.
